Deposit:For eyelash extension application, a $20 non-refundable deposit is applied to your service charge. You can pay deposits via Square, Zelle pdazzlelashes@gmail.com or cashapp-$PDazzle21. If you send deposits via cash app, Zelle, please send me your data/time of appointment so I can ensure your appointment has been booked.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be done 24 hrs prior to appointment. If not, you will be charged 1/2 your service fees. Please contact me to get your appointment date changed. Late cancellations are no more accepted.

No Phone Policy: Please refrain from cellphone usage during your appointment. Your eyes must remain closed the entire time. This prevents your eyes from burning and/or sticking together.

Reminder: Make sure before your appointment you come with a clean face. This means FREE FROM ALL MAKE-UP such as mascara, eyeliner and eye shadows. If not an additional $10 fee will be added for a Lash bath. For strip eyelash application you must purchase lashes from P Dazzles before or during your appointment.

Fill-ins are required every 2/3 weeks. Please book your appointment accordingly. Example, if you are outside your 2 week window, you should then be booking for a 3 week fill. If you are outside your 3 week window, you will need to book for a new set.
NO EXCEPTIONS!!! I do not off Foreign Fills and will not go behind anyone else's work for sanitation and liability reasons.

Corrections: If you have any issues where your lashes have prematurely shredded, I will ONLY correct within the first 3 days. I will not make any corrections outside that timeframe, unless you book for a fill.

Please be on time for your appointment. If you will be more than 10 mins late, please contact me. After 15 mins your appointment will be cancelled.

COVID-19 Precautions - A mask is required at your appointment. No mask, no lash. Please NO CHILDREN for safety precautions or additional guest unless being serviced (limited space available)
